I had a very bad experience with courier service. I have booked a courier in Mumbai to 14 bigha Rishikesh. I have clearly given my address pin code area in the courier and once the courier reached in Rishikesh.they are not going to deliver in my place.they told service is not available on that area you need to come and collect courier. Courier service is not available in my area Why have they taken my courier? They have to my courier in first time itself when I booked courier. It's not far my place to courier office. It's just 1 kilometre but they are not cooperative and not professionals. I have requested to him also They are not ready to come and deliver the packet in my place.
