Careless and not reliable. Disgusting service. I won’t recommend anyone. I sent two boxes @50 kgs seperately to Assam. There was full address with contact number. But they didn’t deliver it there. After one and half month later they brought back with torned and repacked carton. And the other one, nearly six months over but till the date it didn’t reach the destination. I raised complaint but didn’t get any response. Just two weeks ago they sent me a mail that the box has lost and they will refund my currier charges. There were lots of new clotheswith tags, and many other clothes. I’m very upset with their services. Please avoid this company. Franchise owner not help me and stupid Insaan
