This is one of the worst service sector company I came across. May be in metropolitan cities their service will be maintained but the experience I had in this Saraipali (Chhattisgarh) branch was horrible. The staff appointed here are unprofessional, non-cooperative and their behavior with the reputed customers is not up to the mark. I am not sure, whether the senior officials are aware about it but in could be a serious matter for the company's reputation that it claims. I am not sure how a reputed company like Amazon India is still continuing to ship their online order.
