They never timely delivered my package. My tip for others who booked their parcel via them or upcoming parcel via them: If you personally pickup your parcel/package from their delivery center , then do your sign in VISITOR BOOK/SELF PICKUP BOOK mentioning a note like "SELF PICKED BY ME". This will mean that Delivery agent not delivered your package to your doorstep and you personally picked the package from delivery center. And your word might be countable.
