I will add on the photos of this place later, but courier/logistic services of this branch are below standards. Rain/Snow does not matter for logistic/Courier services, if you are unable to deliver the courier, have the courtesy to call the customer and apprise him of the situation. If you will make a call, customer can collect the courier from the branch understanding your problem too, but you guys have to make a call. Today during bad weather, while other logistic partners have delivered my 5 orders, it is shame on Delhivery Baijnath Branch to be unable to make a call to a customer, which should not be affected due to weather or any other reason. I hope you guys learn what customer service is and improve your services in the days to come.
