For two days courier was lying in their office. No update. Next day, it says out for delivery. But never arrived. Finally third day, it updates :- delivered with signature! I was shocked and horrified. No one picks phone from their office. Not in delhi not in Dun!! I happened to open juat dial and spoke to a gentleman who luckily gave me a number and after a series of calls, I was able to talk to guy who said he will deliver today. Only use them at your own risk!!!

The worst courier service in the world by any standards. They won't deliver on time, and are not at all bothered about the couriers. Your packages will keep lying with them, unless you yourself take the pain to visit their offices and personally collect the package. And this is not one particular branch, I have tried their services in multiple cities but all of them are equally incompetent, careless and rude. No option of rating less than 1 star, otherwise they deserve less than zero star rating. Just avoid Trackon.
