They do not provide the number pf the delivery agent when it is out for delivery. The number available here for this location is not correct or they do not answer. I called this number and the person who picked it up and immediately disconnected after saying wrong number. But the delivery service was good the delivery agent delivered the product in okay condition with minimal calling. Delhivery should give their delivery executive number when it is out for delivery, that is a big let down.

They don't know how to manage parcels. When they can't deliver why do they register parcel? Also they will mess up with your confidential parcels like credit cards,passbook etc.Think twice before registering with them. Also they were registered to deliver my bank welcome kit,which they didn't do. But when I reached their office,I was amazed to see thousands of parcel & improper management. When I enquired why they take that much & don't deliver,they said report against bank. Sensless people..👎👎👎

No calls ,no status updates nothing.. Order few stuffs from amazon and unluckily the delivery was handed over to delhivery.. The worst started here.. After almost a week (yesterday) received a notification saying out for delivery but no calls were made to my number about the status.. Also It was due to bad weather yesterday but I was expecting a call or an update.. Worst courier service..
