One of the worst courier services i have ever seen. They never deliver the shipment. Its happening to me 4th time. They keep the shipment and then they return back the shipment and never attend the call. I have to personally go to the hub to collect the shipment.

If you are going to use any courier and postal services in India, please follow the below mentioned hierarchy. First Speed post service of india post, then registered post of India post, then go for First Flight and then DTDC. If you don't find any of these services then please try to visit the place or your loved ones by your own carrying the gifts, but don't ever ever give any responsibility to these services.

My consignor send me a fan from this couirer and then i was called and after repeated request to deliver it to me at my address they refused it and asked to collect the consignment from their office. My house is just 8 km from this office No provision for complaint registration on their website.
