What kind of service are these guys providing? Parcel is lying at warehouse since 27th October and everyday since, they are rescheduling and delaying. Now it has changed to 1st November and still no sign of receiving the parcel. Why does Delhivery management not take responsibility of such poor service of this particular division? Atleast keep a customer care number where I can reach for grievances. How can you set up service without this basic stuff?
