What kind of service are these guys providing? Parcel is lying at warehouse since 27th October and everyday since, they are rescheduling and delaying. Now it has changed to 1st November and still no sign of receiving the parcel. Why does Delhivery management not take responsibility of such poor service of this particular division? Atleast keep a customer care number where I can reach for grievances. How can you set up service without this basic stuff?

Third class courier company.. stock is arrived at Ahmedabad warehouse on 2nd of September but still not deliver .. also they do not have customer care number so i don't know how government allow them to handle the stock. . I will make sure to our company to stop business with this firm.. in this competitive market stock delivery delayed is not affordable..

Very Poor Delivery services by Delhivery, They do not keep the commitments and ask for extra money for the delivery on time. I have my product which needs to be delivered by 15th April'2022, between 8 AM to 5 PM. They have rescheduled the delivery and when I contacted them. They have asked fore more amount to send, either Gpay or Phone-pay that to on a URL which ask for the UPI pin. How can we trust them, they made the delivery late, and then they have asked for money to do the delivery on the same day.
