Some of the consignments I've received in time but generally they delay your product unnecessarily. A lot of times their consignments keeps sitting at their facilities without any reason, just sit their for few days before it is forwarded further that wastes a lot of time. Two stars only because there are worse couriers than this.

They are not delivering on time and just reschedule the time. I got my parcel after 14 days of reaching final delivery office of Barrackpore. So just imagine for this 14 days every day expected delivery date was rescheduled and my parcel was lying on their office. Very poor service.

Was ok with Delhivery service for over a year now, till this all important consignment got stuck at Dankuni for 5 days. Unbelievable, that they have kept themselves cocooned in such a way that you can never get hold of anyone to find out where your packet is right now. Neither can you take the packet back and send it by air or otherwise. Have been spending some torrid times due to this unforgivable delay. Their Marketing manifest displays a huge sorting facility in Bilaspur, but only probably God knows what they do there or at the other facilities they maynhave. I am devastated by the loss of face in this although they picked up my parcel on 28th September 2021 and today is 8th October.

Worst courier Service I've ever seen. They even show false status on their tracking portal. I got my TV couriered through Delhivery after 9 days of despatch. After 7 days I visited their hub and their reply was "we forget to deliver your product." I've never seen such a unprofessional courier Service. 1 star rating is also high for them. They deserve 0 rating.
