Employee behavior was very rude & pathetic. Instead of my address employee asked me to come where I am (1 km away ) & picked up my courier. He warned me many times that I have to either pickup your courier tomorrow or cancel it. Your delivery is excellent just you have to watch behaviour of your staff.
