My family and I shop online all the time, so we’re always getting things shipped to us from different mailing companies; and let me just say- "DELHIVERY" is the absolute WORST shipping service to exist. Their customer service is non-existant and more like purgatory, their shipping won’t update for DAYS and you’ll inevitably end up with “Estimated shipping date: Pending”, and you’ll most likely end up with cancellation by the delivery guy without our consent.

This is probably the worst delivery services I had experienced. The office workers are very lazy. They don't even give you a short notice before coming. They just come like in very manmarji time. Some 6:30 pm even though it's a lockdown. Also they are very unfriendly I swear they even also canceled our courier without asking us. What more is that a few days ago I had a call that they had my parcel with them and then i waited them in tezu for 3 days even though I had to go to my village , on the 3rd they I was very annoyed and went directly to there office. But what i had experienced was even worse then expected. I felt like I was waiting for DC (District commissioner) in his office. They acted like they didn't see me and keep packaging some stuffs. Atlast they listened to me and asked for my delivery ID number. Phir laynay ka baat or der khara karadiya🙄🙄 and then they lastly said that your parcel that we had is in the office and we don't where it is. Sorry we can't do anything and our delivery guy is on leave. Like wt F I just saw 3 delivery guy. 🤨🤨😒🙄🙄 At the end they had canceled my parcel without informing me.

First of all they aren’t professional at their work ,they like to cancel the deliver without our consent ,and the employees are rude ,if u can’t deliver the product to you’re customer atleast try to help them up with the product they came to take ,instead being polite to their customer they’ll Rude as F.There was Some fat guy I tried to take my deliver but then he refuse to give or help me try to find , and when I tried to complain about his employees that my deliver are being cancel without our consent ,he goes like “oh then u should talk to that deliver guy “,am I here to Here u being irresponsible,instead u being polite and more responsive to you’re customer .
