My courier arrived 2 weeks before to the courier company but I still haven't received it at home...... one week before the delivery person came to the area at 8pm and told its late and he will bring the package tomorrow ....it's been one week since they've called or attempted delivery. Such a bad experience, already they received my parcel 2days before not yet delivered and saying that they don't know the location,don't have the regular delivery boy and disconnecting the call

Not really responsible. Wouldn't recommend. Expect you to pick it from their office all the time and speak like untrained children over call. Better off through speed post or dtdc. Location on map is also wrong. It's opposite Chaitanya hospital. A small shed upstairs in a small alley way just behind the Street food shop
