We cannot trust these people with Delivery. The shipment went back because they didn't call to customer . You need to follow up with them and they don't respond to phone calls easily. They will ask you to collect shipment from their office and will not deliver to your home.They can't deliver the item even if you reach the office to collect package.They don't know how to search a courier. Please shut it down. Its much better then torturing people and misplacing their parcels.After visiting 4 to 5 times they didn't find my parcel after a month

Worst experience! Extremely bad service. No response no delivery of items. No message , no call no any updates of attempt and Wrong system posted about address though its prime location. Never consider in raipur.worst service. Totally disappointed

Worst people. Did not deliver me shipment. It was out for delivery from last 5 days. Finally after waiting for 10 days I reached their office. Mr. Choudhary misbehaved with me. He shouted at me.

very bad service, no one know how to behave. no track, fake contact numbers, manner less people are working there. In future pls don't give them any shipment. If anyone can provide contact of trecon's M.D. i will sure abuse him on phone

Worst place,they not even have a counter to receive customers, customers communicate through the boundary wall of their premises. They don't deliver ,customer has to go to their office to receive the item.
