Worst service. Most of the time they don't deliver package and they update wrong details that customer was not available on time. Also raised complaint against the delivery agent but no action was taken by anyone. Even his manager was misbehaving. I don't understand why Amazon, Flipkart and other e-commerce website send courier by this delivery vendor. They should stop it.

Pathetic courier service!! They never deliver the parcel on time. If they are not able to deliver the parcel they will update on website as 'Customer not reachable'. Without any efforts to deliver order they just return back to the sender and cancel the order. They don't even provide number of executive so that we can reach them and ask for whereabouts.
