Very confused. Website says one thing that they delivered or attempted but in reality it was never attempted or delivered. We purchased a bbq machine from Chennai, it supposed to be delivered in 2 days but it actually took more than 10 days. I raised a concern with the seller who contacted the delhivery contact and updated me. After couple of calls and asking the seller to cancel the order, it was delivered by the same guys. No customer service what so ever, no numbers work. Very poor updates.

Worst service that ever seen. Delivery person make calls when item status is "out for delivery", they don't talk for 15 to 20 seconds and disconnect the call( I don't understand why they have to call if they don't want to deliver the item). They will update status as "delivery attempted but person is not available". This is really not acceptable. If you can't deliver the item with any other reasons then please mention that as status update. Don't blame the customer by giving wrong reasons that customer is not available for reciving the item.

Giving 1 star is also waste for this Delhivery courier. They won't deliver the parcels in correct estimate time even they recieve. And no proper phone number and worst customer care service. No proper response. All other courier partners are delivering parcels within mentioned time or before. But Delhivery is the only worst service which they don't deliver even after mentioned time. The updates on the server are false and the delivery date was 3 days due. I had to visit office and then I was redirected to another office in another town which wasn't even present in Google maps. In total I had to ride 24+12+12+24 = 72km just to get my package of live plants (which would die if I hadn't taken action. Also, Few are in critical condition) The website doesn't even have a contact number. This isn't 1st time. Another package went missing in the month of November for which the client couldn't initiate refund just because the package did not revert back to the sender's (client) address. They are least bothered to give a call and inform the delay even after 3 days due to delivery date.

I would recommend not to go with this courier service. Pathetic service. My delivery shown as out for delivery since early morning and didn't receive package nor any updates on delivery executive. 1.
