Worst experience for PAN card delivery. GOVT website and couriers shows it got delivered without they delivered. Not able to contact their customer support. Govt should take action against them.

Very poor service. NSDL has partnered with them for PAN CARD deliveries and there is no update either through mail or phone from this courier delivery service. We had to follow up multiple times over a period of days to make them deliver the pan card. Very poor response from the workers, and I finally got the pan card after 3 days since the parcel arrived at my location. NSDL definitely need to look into this issue, may create problems for people who are in urgent need of PAN CARD with all this unnecessary delays.

Worst service ever. (No service at all to be more specific). They wont deliver PAN Card even after 5 days of receiving. Mariappan, the executive from this branch speaks in such a rude tone that "If you want, come and collect at office. We are not supposed to deliver". He will cut the call abruptly, without answering your queries. First of all, the office is not at all situated in the location mentioned here. Mariappan answered that office has been shifted from that location 3 years back and it's not his responsibility to update the same in website. They will switch off their phone number when you contact them for 2nd time. The only way to receive your package is to directly reaching the office in Balabagya Nagar. NDSL/Customers should opt out of this courier.

One of the most irritating fellows are there. They don't have sense to talk with customers. I am from tenkasi. I couriered from bangalore, before they said 627811 this pincode will be serviceable area after reached They ask me to come and collect it from hub. My courier reached 5 days before still they have not delivered. Mariappan he is the one of the worst fellow. I never seen this type of rude guy & one more lady is there, she is one of the lazy fellow. Please 🙏🙏🙏🙏 don't put any courier to them. They don't have quality and as well as sense also.
