When a parcel stays at one place for way too long, it's generally a worst case scenario garbage service. Reviewing this, after waiting for 3 days of parcel yet to be 'out for delivery'. There's no customer care service whatsoever, the staff responsible for dispatch and delivery doesn't pick up your call. This is the most garbage courier service ever! They say they are open and they do deliver on Sundays #what a scam.
