Worst service provider my consignment last three days in bilaspur himachal. Are not willing to delivered courier still and person are that rude and pathetic even calling them they misbehave

Very poor service at BILASPUR ( Himachal Pradesh) . A Courier was booked from Chandigarh to Bilaspur by my son. The packet remained undelivered in the courier office for 3 days. On contacting personally ,the reply was shocking " we deliver articles only once in a week". It is important to mention here that the distance between courier office and destination point is only one km and situated within the city.

In one word i would say pathetic (BEKAR) WORST SERVICE ever. They don't deliver nearby areas. Avoid using this courier service at Any cost. I have to travel all the way from barmana to Bilaspur to collect courier. Even when I asked them to deliver courier in Purnam mall parking (5min distance) they said after 4pm, sucks. I would have give 0 ZEROOOOO STAR but there is no option.

Always experience a bad experience from trackon bilaspur office . Don’t know what there problem is as they never forward my order unless i raise there complaint. My parcell was at there office for more then 15 days . My order just have to be delivered at Sundernagar just 2 hours away from there but they never send it on time . Pathetic service of trackon
