Bad experience. I had to return a package due to defective item. The box was big so the delivery boy was unable to pick in his bike. He said the manager will send someone else. But after 8 days also no one came to pickup. I had complained 3 times to customer service. After 8 days i went to the office and returned the package.

Very worst experience I ever had. Courier boy has picked up my flipkart return product but he stated that product has not been picked, because of his false statement and negligence I’m facing so much problem and not yet able to fix this one..if it continues I’ll definitely go to branch office to make it work

Worst, unprofessional conduct..I had an order which to be delivered via this courier agency from gopala Shivamogga, I was very busy with important work and unknowingly received and disconnected the call. After sometime realizing a call received, called back. The courier guy angrily threatened, this is prepaid order and you wil never recieve order back.. being female , I was shocked..such an arrogant person is being given a duty who does not know how manage customers though his sole responsibility to deliver goods..what if he marks as delivered and doesn't deliver prepaid order...not that I am undermining, but this is very bad, unprofessional behaviour.. those who have hired this agency, please rethink before tieying up with this agency in Shivamogga..thanks..

Worst Unprofessional people. First of all they are not doing the delivery and they closed the delivery without calling and without attempting reach my place. When called their customer care they are insiting me to talk in hindi. They asked me to download their app and pay 10 rs. And register myself first then they will deliver. Tstill I am waiting for my order after a day. They should be shown the way to behindbars first.

Package has been arrived at 4th sep also later got cancellation automatically by themself without intimate to me, not even called me.. so raised a complaint to the vendor where i have ordered, after they followed up again this courier updated status as will deliver today 6th sep within 16pm, but still not yet received atleast not even got single call from delhivery side.. Worst delivery, no proper response and very slow at delivery, there is no proper contact numbers.. saw one number in google bt incoming call is not available on that number... such a worst, not even worth fr single star...

Epitome of worst courier service in Shimoga is Delhivery service. They cancel order on ur behalf when u r eagerly waiting for it. They pickup ur return product,after few days to ur surprise again they come for a pickup.They don't have customer care service through call. You have to just mail them your concern and get automatically generated replies. In one sentence I can say this if u r product is going to be delivered through Delhivery service then u r screwed up for sure.

The package arrived destination city on 11th. Since the courier had perishable goods, I personally went on 13th to check if they can handover the courier. Was denied handover saying that the package was not yet opened even though it had been 2 days since they've received it. They gave me a number of a delivery executive who handles home delivery in my area. He has not answered a single call.
