I m a reseller from delhi there was my courier for the customer at moradabad Trackon couriers services and what they did was my customer was not their at their home for 2 days and the the delivery boy went to deliver their parcel on 24th June'21 at 6pm as they were not at home and he need to show the delivery so he on his own marked delivered and signed their and when I asked my customer about the parcel he said they didn't received yet then I asked them to visit their local courier from where the delivery boy came then they investigate and got to know that the parcel was their with the couriers and he need to show the delivery so he did the sign on his own. This kind of fraud they are doing very unprofessional people they are.
