Trackon, why are you even in business when you can't deliver a package, when you can't even call a customer, when you don't have bloody ethics to work. Horrible experience, my package was pending in kashipur to be delivered, however, owner in kashipur said they will not deliver to a place within 7kms. They didn't even bother to call and reach out to customer. Simply said contact you origin branch, we don't deliver at your pin code.

I sent a courier to Gaziabad Loni. First they accepted the courier but after 5 days when I called them they told me that Loni is a ' No Service area'. I was taken aback. How can they say that after 5 days of accepting the courier. I would have really admired if they had refused to take the courier right on tje first day but accepting and then not delivering is so unprofessional.
