Worst courier service in jagdalpur. The attitude of delivery person towards customer is rude and bad. They blame customers for everything. Even they say that your pickup cannot be done, you may contact our office or submit your parcel there. It has been 4 days , I am just receiving messages of return pickup but no one came to pick. Very unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour.

They were doing a great job when they setup their shop and everything as they were competing with ecom express and steetbees. But as they became the preferred partner of flipkart for delivering as ecom express was unable to deliver order regularly they also come to category of every other courier service. They never provide you with their number to contact and keep on marking your order as out for delivery and then schedule for tomorrow as receiver was unable to reach. And after 2-3 consecutive attempt your order get return. By doing so they are showing as they were doing their job and it was all your fault as you were not present. They are just making fool to companies and to every customer. So be careful and choose your courier partner wisely. Thank you.
