They don’t have proper address mentioned in the website. they will say their office is in Annaguntha, opposite to Archana theatre but it is located in Mini bypass Road. They won’t give you proper information like courier received or out for delivery. No contact details on website, they will ask us to call customer service which doesn’t connect at all. I got a courier from FedEx ( Delhivery is the official partner in India), international priority item. But that doesn’t matter for them. They not even called or sent message. We have been to their office to collect the documents☹️ One good thing is they respond nicely when you visit their branch.

These people won't deliver your order on estimated delivery date. They'll daily postpone the delivery for the next day. For me they've postponed the delivery for a week even my package is my own town carrier hub. They'll daily do pooja for our products until and unless we are asking them to deliver Daily on the morning if am checking the link it will say estimated deliver is tomorrow. After continuously calling them they made my tracking status to show out for delivery, but they didn't delivered that day also. I've fed up with this and directly went to the hub and picked my order.

My package arrived 3 days ago. Still it is not delivered. They are delivering only on Estimated delivery date even package arrived 3 days ago in delhivery office. It is very bad. I wonder why all major companies choosing this courier service. Other courier services like professional, bluedart are good. They will deliver within one day after receiving final hub. This delhivery is worst . Dont go for this.

I had a great great worst experience with this courier service in nellore . Don't know why they delay services at nellore What ever the parcel i get through delhivery it gets delayed at nellore it took 4 days delay in nellore to reach vedaipalem hub from inamadugu hub just 10km,. So far parcel arrived from Coimbatore to nellore inamadugu in 3days such a long distance but it took 4days for 10km still not delivered to me I went to delivery hub in mimi bypass road and collected my self ...

Worst service...if you are not in a position to deliver, better to plzz close the office...why to waste our time and plans....worst thing is u dont even have number to contact..my package reached nellore and they didn't deliver the product... When I see the status daily it is updating with tomorrow is the delivery. Like that i have seen for almost 5 days. I called to the product owner and kept for return. The hub managers are soft-spoken, they aren't arrogant as many people reported. Maybe the arrogant managers are gone now. But I seen how the delivery associates distribute package among themselves. They are literally playing catches with the packages, throwing them all around the room, that will damage the product inside in case the package fall. It'd be appropriate for them to sit and sort packages instead of throwing them to eachother.
