Never seen such an unprofessional and pathetic courier company. My package has arrived on 5th sept already in my city. And still there is no update in delivering the package, its been 4days now and no contact from them. They don't even have a contact number or complaint email for any queries. Will never take service from Delhivery again.

Absolutely horrible service. My package was supposed to be delivered 4 days back and every day they have been delaying. Even after I going all the way to the hub to collect my package, they didn't hand it over.

I wonder why 2 star, worst service i have come across... customer care is pathetic... wonder why amazon has partnered with this pathetic courier. have been chasing these guys for amazon return for 2 days but is not been done yet.... today they are not responding...

They loaded my shipment on 6th and today it's 23 still my package have not arrived..further more the package had arrived 5 days earlier but still they are not for delivery nor giving a call

Worst service ever. Very rude and mannerless. My order arrived at the facility 4 days ago. I called them and they said it would be delivered by yesterday. Today I called them and they said that the my package has been returned back in a very rude tone and hung up the call. This action was taken on their own account without any prior notice! After I tried calling alot of times he picks up my call talks in a very rude tone and hangs up again. Then he blocked my number. I have even paid an advance for the product which is not refundable. I hope and pray the consumer forum looks into this matter and take some action.
