In my personal experience I never opt track on couriers second time. While booking one consignment from Kerala to Lucknow it was showing (using pin code) service in Lucknow. However once item reached Lucknow track on denied to provide service to the said pincode. I had to collect the shipment on my own. And the Lucknow office of trackon was shifted to some other place. They are least interested to update the latest location in Google map. No sense of responsibility shown by trackon. Worse experience with trackon couriers.
