Even customer care person said that I can only inform you about the status of you parcel other than this I can not help you for anything else.. Are we know how to check the status and every regional office person said that party ko bolo apna parcel aa kar le jae.. I am not satisfied with this service. Delivery boy said that take your couriers on road, he clearly refuse to delivery of courier at home. This is not a way to deliver parcel of customer and manner to talk with customers. I didn't recommend to this service to anyone.

Worst courier service ever😠😠😠 they will never deliver your parcel on given address instead they call you to pick your parcel from their office and if you call them back for any information the number always out of service ...My parcel reached Haridwar on 5th June but they didn't deliver it yet...when I call them for their office address the number is switch off... Totally irresponsible behaviour by Trackon courier.

Worst service never opt for this. Coirier sent on 4th May till now not traceable nor delivered. Medical reports along with patient medicine were sent but very casual respond from company. I will go for legal advice.
