Very worst service. I handover the parcel on 12th July. These guys didn't even parcel till 20th July. When I called them back then they did courier. They took 3 days in transit from Lucknow to gorakhpur which is hardly 300km. Tomorrow is my appointment in passport office but I have no clue where is my document. They claimed it will take only 2 days to courier but its 14 days now stil documents are in transit. Beware of these people. Professional fraud.
