Very poor service for my LTL shipment. Even after repeated calls they didn't deliver for more than a week. Never do business with them. Soon they are going for IPO. Don't buy their shares. With most customer unfriendly attitude, they will go to dogs soon.

your delivery guy returned my order without my concern, when I asked him, he just kept saying "I will deliver the order today" now your delivery guy is not picking my call, is this the way you people treat your customers??? The same issue is raised by many people in the same location, and you keep making the same mistake again and again , delivery guys like Rahul defaming your company and your department not taking actions on such people is just adding up to defamation. take actions against such delivery guys. one thing have to say is worse than worst delivery service

In a nutshell : ❌SLOW DELIVERY, ❌UNRESPONSIVE CONTACT NUMBER, ❌FAULTY COURIER -TRACKING ENGINE, ❌RECKLESS CUSTOMER SUPPORT , 🚫DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE Are you hiring snails for your business, I wonder if I ever rent a tortoise that would probably deliver items days earlier to you, if you deliver at all in the first place. Most importantly none of your contact numbers are functional, tried dialing in working hours like a hundred times for 3 days in a row. Nobody answers the call. How irresponsible ? Disgraceful experience. Misleading updates on your courier tracking portal, showed as arrived at bijapur, while in reality it started transition on next day towards bijapur. Upon asking about the late delivery, customer executive says so carelessly that it might take another 3-4 days? Is this what I want to hear on the day of delivery after waiting for straight 7 days? Ridiculously unprofessional.
