This Is a very pathetic service, Our courier was delivered to Sanpada office of trackon, no one was giving proper information, As the courier was urgent i sent my boy to Janta Market office first there was no courier they sent him to Sanpada office, the courier was out for delivery till then, so i called to the person named- Yuraj Singh Rajpurohit, have'nt seen such an arrogant person he refused to give number of delivery boy and cut the call when I was talking, as a customer it was a very bad experience and bad service from the staff.

Very poor service, infact this is the worst courier service. From last 3 days my courier is out for delivery there is no contact number landline number is invalid, mobile number is switched off. I don't know for how long I have to wait. For receiving one courier I am waiting from last 3 days still don't know whether I will receive it or not.

Nobody answers the call even at 10.45 pm (on Saturday) when their website states "Telephone services are available from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 am & 5:30 pm."
