One of the worst courier services in existence. There is absolutely no accountability even when a complaint has been registered. Complaint No. C1922112. And the clowns in the Indian govt have chosen this courier service to ship official paper work like PAN card. Pathetic! It has been 4 days and the parcel is sitting just 10km from my home undelivered. Looks like they want me to come to their office and pick it up. Wonder what's the use of a courier then?
