It is worst of all delivery services 13 days late and how much ever I follow up.. it is getting postponed every day… I myself went to hub and they said it is not with them… fake wrong tracking status is updated.. and it is being to the prime location. In Hyderabad I wonder where they can delivery their products to mars ??

I want to give -5 Star, one of the most horrible, inefficient, unprofessional, useless courier service in India. They event don’t have a customer care number where you can call! I booked an item from an online service and unfortunately they use this courier service, now it’s been over 20 days they couldn’t deliver the item to me. Every day they are postponing the delivery date, so I visited their delivery hub but no one could able to tell me where is my parcel. Full of dishonourable, careless and unprofessional staff. I had to come back empty-handed. since then it is another 5 days the item is not delivered yet!!

It's been more than 3 days for an item sitting idle at Delhivery hyderabad. I need it very urgently but they're nor even updating if they have the order or lost it. Ridiculous service. Will suggest everyone to use DTDC instead. Their services are very reliable and trust worthy.

Very worst service after reaching my city they can't even deliver my order after 2 days also. It's better to close your company no customer care number, no email to complain

Worst delivery service ever! My parcel has been in hub for about 10 days and no updates from them even after raising complaint. No point of contact to hub. Better avoid services from delhivery.
