Please don’t deal with these guys. They harassed me too much. The guy called me and said collect your courier from the office, we can’t deliver at your home. I told him that every courier company like bludart, DHL delivers at home. He still didn’t agree. In the evening when I started for his office, he misbehaved, was very rude and manners less. Didn’t even clear my query regarding my courier. I had to call him 10 times, still he didn’t give the courier details. My suggestion is better avoid Track On Umbergaon as customers aren’t their priorities. The guys here feel like they are the owners of the company. I was thinking to do the Police complaint.

Very bad experience. He’ll call you to collect your courier from his office. If you don’t behave according to him he will cut the call and won’t pick it again. After some time when you call again, again he will behave rudely. He is a dent to the company’s reputation. Don’t take Umbergaon branch’s service, go to other companies like Maruti.
