Such a pathetic courier services my package of NSDL PAN arrived on 1 Feb 2022 and there is no update by them nor looking interested in delivery of my package...they have easily wasted 7 days at meerut branch and their contact no of landline is always busy.. what is the use of delivery from mumbai to meerut in 3 days by their head office when local hub keeps on waiting.. complaint to income tax department as well their head office what's wrong with them
