The courier service is really help less. I placed an order which used this courier service & my order is supposed to be delivered 4 days ago. The last date of delivery is also crossed. But interestingly the status of delivery is showing 'product delivered 3 days ago'. After tracking the process when I called the branch office, I found the stuff was too rude over the phone & he tried to inculcate the blame over me by saying my phone was switched off for 3 days. So, my take in thia case is that, I know very well my phone was not switched off & even if it was accordingly to the excuse of the delivery boy, he is not supposed to update the fake status. By logic, it's clear that the courier service is making false claim & the delivery boy is an eascapist.

Hello, I am Soumya Mukherjee I ordered a rgb Ant eSports Cabinet from Amazon on 24th December. I needed urgent delivery so I myself went to collect my parcel when I got the message that it reached my destination and while giving my package the delivery associate dropped it from height and when I opened my package back home I found it damaged now again I have to wait. Such a bad experience with Delhivery courier and Amazon for being so careless. I won't buy any delicate stuffs from Amazon again.
