Seriously this is unfortunate that such a good courier service has very bad outlet in dehradun, irresponsible, no ETA, no TAT, no reputation. These guys work worse that Indian post office service although the private should work better but not sure whether they have any supervisor or does the supervisor take care or not. My package was delivered to this place on 23rd Oct but till 28th Oct no one even updated or send that to delivery later my friends went to this place and picked my courier and delivered to my family. One of the worst customer experience. Either Trackon should change the supervisor or staff here because the existing ones are very irresponsible. You can see in the photographs how our couriers are treated and if you want it on time than go and take it at your own expenses. Staff hardly bother to deliver it to right person it will sit in there center for 7-8 days and not going to care about the courier whether it is important or not. Ridiculous service and customer service. Infect the number they have mentioned is also not reachable or incorrect. Worst scenario you can see at a courier service.
