Worst courier service, they kept my cosignment for five days on the name of no delivery area and didn't even informed me, when I called they gave the same excuse and asked me to pick from their office. When I went they said delivery boy is already on the way to deliver, you will get your parcel in one hour. Even after that I didn't get it when I called, the lady put me on hold and were talking to her colleague. Pathetic, why don't they shut their office and sit at home

Worst service at every franchise... It doesn't matter which office it is every delivery and pickup point is the worst and too slow special bhopal jabalpur... I have never received a single parcel on time. And i have also requested every branch for Speed up but they refused to respond on it.

If you can't provide a doorstep delivery, don't take the parcel. I had to travel 12 km to their office to collect my order. Very disappointed.

Very poor service . They don't deliver anything to your address and you have to go and collect your courier yourself . If i could i would have given them zero stars . Staff is so unprofessional .. Aag laga lo dukan me apni bnd kr do dhandha agar krna ni ata to .

They don't deliver courier at receiver address and make excuses like we did'nt find address or don't have reciever contact number. Even after talking to your jabalpur staff they make excuses that they can't deliver..
