Worst delivery service. No contact information and goods stuck in one hub for days. Don't ever and never try this service for time sensitive goods. Either your will loose the quality of your goods or you will loose your customer for sure. Needs lot of improvement in terms of timely delivery of goods. If man power is issue, they have to find possible solution and keeping the customer goods and delivering at their own convenience is not at all accepted.

Worst delivery boy ever! Like so many others mentioned in the review, the delivery boys are extremely rude and have a lot of attitude. I was surprised to learn how many others were also complaining because unprofessional behavior from delivery boys. Please give them the proper training on how to talk polite and be respectful to customers.

One of your deliveryboy named praveen came to pick up the parcel he was very rude he was not having any id card .he was asking me to come to the road and give the parcel.he was talking foul language. He did not allow me to take a picture of the parcel. He tried to snach my phone and thro the parcel on road and vanished. Should I give a police complaint. We had already paid for this. I need an explanation from delhivery. Public please be careful of delhivery and their staff.

Worst delivery partner so far. If a shipment is missed as the delivery person could not receive an OTP,they don't even attempt to deliver it the next day. Although the site claims they will attempt delivery the very next day. No information on the delivery person and such. Pre paid orders for pershiable items,still waiting to be delivered .

This Delhivery courier service have very lazy persons and they make the customer to come and collect at the Delhivery courier office which is 15-20km far away from your house 😭😡😡😡stupid courier service
