Worst courier service. They know that most of their orders are PAN Cards and this gives them benefit of being lazy. They do not deliver your PAN Card at all. They know that those who are concerned will collect from their outlet. I went there and there were thausands of PAN orders lying and no staff was concerned. If you don't go by yourself, it will lie there for months. Plus there number was not working, and it always answered as busy. Forget about the local branch's number, even the company headquarter's number does bot work. What is the use of such company when even your call aren't picked up. Useless service. When they have taken money for doorstep delivery, then why are we supposed to go there for collection?

Extremely poor services are offered by them. Staff is so least bother about clients and their packages. One of my friend courier me a package from Delhi, It was arrived at the destination next day, but they didn't delivered me for 4 days. I was continuously calling at the number mentioned on google, but no response from their side. In the end I myself went to their place then also staff was not at all ready to find my parcel, I myself had to find it from the lot. Just avoid this courier.
