The Trackon Couriers service was ok. The office is in outskirts of main market and it is somewhat difficult to reach. There is no wheelchair accessible parking nearby. The entrance of shop is also not wheelchair accessible. The package tracking online should be improved further.

Courier reached Shimla Hub not delivered till 10 Nov, showing after 6 days of arrival at hub as out for delivery on the track website. And this is not the first time. Trackon should appoint an efficient service provider.

Disgusting is an underrated word !!!! CONTEMPTIBLE SERVICES and so is the staff not only in Shimla @ Delhi and other places also. They feel they are doing you a favor by attending to the inquiry. I have been trying to get a solution from 23rd May 2019 and today is 27th May 2019. The website has not been updated since of 23rd May 2019. The local Shimla number has been unresponsive from the 23rd May 2019 till date. They need to withdraw there services and close down there centres. and how hilarious, you need a star rating for posting the review!!!!!!

Phones are left unavailable.Customers can't reach them. They take everything for granted i would never recommend it for business/official purpose.
