First shipment thru this office was claimed delivered, but they never even arrived at my society and now the package is lost. The second package arrived just fine so clearly my address is correct. The third package was supposed to be delivered today and they claim they could not deliver because the establishment was closed, which is a blatant lie, they didn't even bother to attempt. Terrible service. Wish I could rate them zero stars.

Very unprofessional people. My package has been roaming in parts of Bengaluru for the last 3 days. Suppose to be delivered yesterday. It was later updated that It will be delivered today morning (A.M) and it's almost 3.00 PM and no sign of package. I had to cancel my leave as the package contained important items and needed them over the weekend. No customer support phone number, had to raise couple of requests over the website but all in vain. Imagine a package that is 30 kms away from you takes 3 and more days to reach out to you. Very pathetic service.

Very bad experiences by these delhivery courier guys. They are not making proper home delivery. If we asked why they will answer by arrogance. Don't know what wrong with these people. Very disgusting people 🤮. Very very very bad experience.

Delivery Agent didn’t attempt delivery at all of my products that I had paid for due to your poor service and poor Behaviour I lost my amount and no customer care number mentioned on your Website.Worst service ever offered by Delhivery if I don’t receive my refund I will make sure i file complaint against you guys in Consumer court.Please teach your Delivery executives some manners.Without attempting any delivery updating wrong false information that I wasn’t available and without my consent now both my products have been returned.After writing so many mails no action has been taken by your company. 0 stars you don’t even deserve any stars for your poor service.

Worst service. Yesterday that is on 22/11/21 morning they were out for delivery of my parcel and I was expecting a call from delivery Boy till evening but nothing happened. Finally I got the sms stating that due to incomplete address (their usual practice) they didn't contact me to know the loc and kept back the parcel
