Had a worst experience with this courier. I have order fire boltt smart watch on 1st May still I didn't receive it. In person I went to the branch office and they are not at all good in customer service. Simply they are very rude to me. Worst reasons are given by them. Don't go with this courier any more.

The worst courier service ever experienced in my life. I ordered a pair of shoes through adidas official site and they sent it through this bullock cart courier. Even, if it would have been sent through bullock cart it might have reached me in 4 days but its 8 days since despatch but not yet received. Meanwhile, updates about tracking is also very poor literally no updates from day 1. They are digging their own grave in a fast pace, all the best delhivery will see your end soon.😊

Waybill No.1148644740650 booked by 1mg online pharma started its journey a Belgaum on 03.06.2020, though the delivery is fixed at 10.06.2020. The package without reaching Tiruchirappalli from Bengaluru, it was sent to Coimbatore and held at there for more than 4 days without any movements. The complaints sent to DELHIVERY not considered by the DELHIVERY people. Interestingly the package received at Tiruchirappalli in the early morning of 12.06.2020, not yet delivered to me so far. What a pathetic service. l did not see any cargo like this people.Worst service.

Tracking ID: 1148644740650. Unnecessarily delaying of delivery through circumstantial routes to reach the destination. The consignment is medicine and the consignment held in Coimbatore for two days without any movement and there is no necessity to send the consignment to Coimbatore from Bangaluru instead of Tiruchirappalli.
