They lost my parcel. It was containing Rakhi with some gifts. I understand that it can happen with anyone but the more disappointing experience is that the lady at the counter who spoke to me was very rude to me. Their behaviour was unethical. I recommend not to use this courier ever. Their rating is also bad. My parcel was very valuable to me emotionally and financially both. SHAME ON YOU FOR LOOSING MY PARCEL AND FOR NOT BEING SORRY ABOUT IT.

Worst courier service.. i would have rated -100 stars if possible. they blame you for their fault and the ower is the worst person you'll ever meet in your life.. extremely ill mannered guy! My pan card showed delivered on 16 august but today is 4 September and yet i haven't received my card! And mr. Ashok returned it after calling me and saying very rudely that he will return the courier because of wrong address and also said do whatever you want to do I'll return the package and the best part is the address is right and he knows it too!! But didn't want to take the hassle to deliver it to my door step.. so, he returned the package!!! The worst experience I've ever had in my life!

Worst experience ever.... after calling atleast 100 times a lady picked the call and immediately said 'bar bar phone kyu kr rha hai'...I mean what are you speaking i want to know my product delivery details...on their site it has comed to my city 3 days ago but not delivered...she said 'vo site pe to 2-3 din phle hi show ho jata hai'...NSDL has maken a big problem by giving tender to this cheap company 💩💩💩

The owner is not at all professional. I had to go to his shop and pick my courier at the time of this pandemic. Also no one in the office was maintaining the social distance nor wearing any mask. The lady is so ill mannered that I regret to use his service. I strongly not recommend to use his service.
