I have good and bad experience with your service @mayiladuthuraidelhiveryteam. You are not ready to deliver big size of product at customers to doorstep. Three time I have experienced this. I arranged vehicle to pickup my order. It is the additional expenses for me excluding delivery charges. Other courier partner does deliver the customer's product on time or they providing contact information. My orders from Amazon arrived the hub before estimated date. But they don't reday to deliver before. On date of estimated delivery date or after they releasing the product. Our Big products(like tv, microwave oven, Grinder, water heater, ladder) are hold products more than 2weeks and they update wrong information like(on customer's request, schedule changed). Ask them for that kind of you they said when the vehicle was arranged for delivery u will it. We will arrange tomorrow or day after tomorrow. After two days later they said again wait we will deliver. I hate that. You didn't providing any contact number to contact or your officials.

If Your Ordered products Show it will be send via Delhivery Immediately Cancel and Reorder with ekart/bluedart. Its is Worst courier experience of my whole life. They take 8-30 days not text you back nor msg.Really Irresponsive If you find Your order arrived myd you have to go theirs they not come to your doorstep. SO BE AWARE IF SEE DELHIVERY IMMEDIATELY CANCEL BELIEVE ME ITS THE WORST COURIER SERVICES IN WHOLE INDIA IF DON'T TRUST ME JUST GOOGLE IT
