The Entire delhivery chain is worse to the core. There's no update about the dispatch or tracking package. Their behaviour is tooo irresponsible. They don't even have an customer care service number to seek help. Their email services or ticket raising system will disappoint every customer. I still wonder why brands still patner with delhivery for sensitive products such as cards. The company should arrange a proper system to be responsible and answerable to customers at any point of time. This delhivery is the worst courier service provider compared to other brands. Better never choose this. It's from my personal experience I'm writing this review. Better delhivery understand the customers and make changes.
