Tracking page shows the package reached the local delhivery facility just couple of kms away. It has been over 12 hours - still undelivered, no calls. As per Google they don't even have an official enquiry number. Poor guys

Two days since I received message pcket has reached kazhakootam office. No one callled me. after a day received a call from their H O that delivery attempted so retirning the consignment. do you want to reattempt. i told no one called. pls reattempt. so far no calls from kazhakootam office. cannot contact them as they dont give their number. No way to contact them. I dont know how to get in touch with them as they do not call

They don't deserve a single star actually. I never met any courier services who are this much irresponsible. The app shows that packages reached their firm 4-5 days ago and still neither they tried to deliver it nor I could reach out to them

Worst experience. Wanted to ship a scooter to Chennai. Was told to contact someone named Jyothish from hub who manages this. Called him and he provided a contact of a third party named reji From Neri transports. They came and collected, they used a third pary named "Gathi" transport to ship and made the total amount of transport worth 2000 (So if something happens in transit it wont be claimable). As i needed the bill in order to claim the amount from company, still chasing them even after one month for the bill. Wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. The scam worked in this way, before getting the "parcel" they will convince you that they are "delhivery" but they are not. You ship stuff under the impression that you are using a reputed shipping agency, but nope, you are using a third party.

I would not give even 1 star!! Pathetic customer service. My package was returned to the sender without contacting me . I am apalled that Amazon uses such trash companies! Needless to say I shall not be using them ever. This is the invoice for my order. After a whole month, it was returned today.

Very slow delivery. I think they use horse or bullock cart to take their shipments from one place to the other. Also they dont have a customer care or email you can use to reach them. So only option is to wait and pray to get your parcel delivered before their horse or the ox die on the road !! My parcel is still somwhere in Tamilnadu and the horse they used died without any food.

The Delhivery courier agent called me before they took the item out for delivery to make sure that the I was available and asked me to arrange enough cash.This particular service is only rendered to those large packages. They also allow pickup from their warehouse. They don’t have a name board for indication of such a courier service ,which annoyed me! Finally,they provided good service!!

I'm very sorry to say that the delivery personnel have behaved very rudely today at my home and insisted on govt ID even when signature and seal was given. The young boy who was only as old as my son, had the audacity to raise his voice. Once they brought the consignment without the usual delivery note in which the recepient signs, and told me that a copy of my govt ID is needed and not the recipient's signature. I was confused cos all courier services insist on recepients signature.
