I called to enquire about prime and normal delivery charges, the person was not so friendly. He was in a hurry to put the phone down. And, for Rajasthan prime delivery, he told Rs.100/- for 500gm. Their closing hours is 8pm, I reached in a hurry with the parcel (400gm) at 7.50pm, and they asked me to pay Rs.150/- for 500gm prime in Rajasthan. After asking why it's different now, he told to pay Rs.130/-. As I was visiting this place first time, and I wanted to place many other couriers for different locations, in the coming days, I wanted to know few stuff. This place is 6kms away from my house, and burning petrol for anywhere, is a big deal nowadays. When I enquired about other charges, they got irritated. So, I started reading the notice or details they have mentioned on their wall. There was a notice board listing around 30 things as Prohibited items. I wanted to take a snap, for future reference, he didn't let me so. When I asked, okay, let me read it then; he refused to take my parcel all together (please note, till that moment, I had already given them my parcel and the amount, and got the receipt); he ripped the company plastic packaging for prime, gave back my parcel and amount; saying please go for another courier company; we can't take your parcel. I do not understand, what kind of behaviour is this? Being a customer, are we not allowed to read the notice?? Yes, he wasn't rude while communicating it; but the point is I wasted my petrol, and time for it, and even after confirming on call, he refused to take the parcel !!

Pathetic service. I tried their service 2 times, they even don't deliver product at home location which is easily accessible. Other courier service providers deliver at that location but they denied and said that you have to come at our centre.

This is one of the worst courier service in our country. I gave them the parcel to deliver at Bangalore via AIR on 2/02/2021 which is not yet delivered till 10/02/2021 when asked they gave some rubbish information that the whole consignment got caught by sales tax department as some other parcels doesn't have the GST bills, so what is has to do with my parcel , either they have lost my parcel and now making it moreover i don't have any idea where my parcel is that worth Rs.5000 and my precious time that was involved as the products were handmade. Its a request kindly boycott this worst and faud courier services . Jago grahak jago

Branch in Jaipur is pathetic. Charging twice of what other couriers charge or even what they themselves charge in Mumbai
