The staff is very rude. They don't deliver at your home. They will call you 2 km away from your place on the main road (according to their convenience) and then won't even show up... Just pathetic. I hope the owner reads the reviews and does something about the staff and services.

One of the worse experience I have faced with owner and as other said with delivery boys as well. This guy kept my parcel 3 days without intimating me and I were trying to call the given number (owner) he did not even pick or call me back. At last I have complained to my office then they reached out to vendor and after 1 day I got call to pick the parcel so I traveled 6kms to get the parcel since it was very urgent otherwise I would have cancel This.
