Delivery boy Santosh deliver two wrong item at my home & take cash 1665 Rs.One parcel contain rag pieces and another contain a saree. We call Santosh after 5 mins and tell him about wrong order. He told us that he doesn't know Hindi and English. He knows only Telugu. My neighbour talk to him in Telugu.He told that he had already transferred that money to company. We ask him to send transaction details but he refused to send transaction details. He told me to go to office at bheemli. My question is why should I go to that office. I think he also involved in it. I am going to register complaint against him.

The most pathetic courier service one can get it Visakhapatnam. They don't provide you with a contact number of the delivery agent or their warehouse not even a toll free number. They took 5 days to deliver my product which has reached the city. They won't call you and instead update saying customer is not available where I was at home the whole day and mobile is in network area.
