WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH A COURIER SERVICE (shouldn't even be calling what they do a service). Giving it a single star rating just because there is no way to give a negative rating. Pathetic service. The staff are uncouth and unruly. No proper response. The package was delivered after ONE WHOLE month. Not a single branch office bothered to answer the calls.

I was ordered a package from New Delhi and they ship that through trackon courier service. Initially i am ok with that because of seen this JD's old un-updated information that is that courier service available at my district. But the fact is they closed their office at my dt. long ago. When my package came to this Trichy hub, i made lot of calls regarding my package status and possibility to deliver to my district but the way they speak is such unprofessional and carelessness towards service to customer is awful. Almost 5 days there is no movement on my package. After made lot of calls finally they say that they ship that to the professional couriers to deliver in my dt. That is a great thing but they said that after 5 days of arrival at Trichy hub and worst is when they gave track id of professional courier that package came to my dt 3 days before to that. If i simply let them to call me about my package, I simply lost that worth of 10,000 INR. They need to improve the way they handling customer and act in responsible manner on package. I appreciate them because of transfer my pack to another standard courier service which is perfect delivering service in my district but at the same time, the worst is, that i came to know that this transition made after 10-15 calls in 3 days.

Not attending phone calls. Being in Trichy, they are accepting goods to deliver at Thanjavur. But, without coming to Thanjavur, they are reporting door is locked.Even ,if it is locked, they should have called ,atleast for information. Trackon courrier is very irresponsible. If anyone who is getting their materials ,they are blessed by God.
